- Heat oil; add cumin, asafoetida, and ginger.
- Add tomatoes, spices, sugar, and salt, and water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Simmer 8 minutes.
- Remove from the flame, add Gopal Namkeen's Ratlami Sev, and mix.

- Preheat the oven and arrange Cristos Salted chips and Cornigo Nacho Chips with mozzarella, pizza sauce, peppers, and onions in a baking dish.
- Bake until the cheese melts, and serve warm.
- Crumble the Khaman Dhokla in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the oil and add mustard seeds.
- After the seeds start popping, add garlic and asafoetida and sautee for a few seconds.
- Pour this mixture over the crumbled khaman dhokla and mix well.
- Add sugar, pomegranate seeds, coriander, and coconut to the bowl.
- Before serving add sev, and mix well.
