Pav Gathiya Bhavnagar Special

Crispy Gathiya meets soft pav! Compliment your taste buds with this tasty, tangy, and spicy dish.

Instructions:

  • 1 small bowl of Green mint chutney
  • 1 small bowl of Tamarind Chutney
  • 1 small Onion diced
  • 6 Pav
  • 1 packet Gopal Namkeen's Bhavnagari Gathiya
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Coriander Leaves

Method:

- Mix together chopped onion, tamarind chutney and green mint chutney in a bowl.
- Add the desired amount of Gopal Namkeen's Bhavnagari Gathiya to the bowl.
- Place the mixture on sliced pav, and garnish with coriander leaves.

Masala Papad

A quick and simple, lip-smacking finger appetiser that goes with everything!

Instructions:

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • Gopal Namkeen's Udad Papad
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. chat masala
  • 1/3rd cup Gopal Namkeen's Nylon Sev

Method:

- Fry or roast Gopal Udad Papad. Mix finely chopped onion, tomatoes, and coriander, and then add lime juice.
- Top with spices, and chaat masala.
Optional: Garnish with Gopal Namkeen's Nylon Sev.

Crispy Chips Paneer

A bite-sized, flavourful snack! For tongue-tickling munchies, roll in Cristos chips and spices.

Instructions:

  • 30 grams Cristos Mexican Chilli - crushed
  • 100 gms thinly sliced paneer
  • 4 tblsp. refined flour (maida)

For marination:

  • 1/2 tsp. red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp. garam masala powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. chopped coriander

Method:

- Marinate paneer with the spices for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the batter with water and flour.
- Dip the paneer in the batter and coat it with Cristos Mexican Chilli.
- Deep fry in medium heat oil until crispy.
- Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

Sev Tameta Nu Shaak

All-time favourite flavourful dish wrapped in one with a sweet, spicy, and tangy taste.

Instructions:

  • 1 1/2 cups Gopal Namkeen's Ratlami Sev
  • 1/4 cups tomato cubes
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp. asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. coriander-cumin seed powder
  • 1 tsp. chilli powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

- Heat oil; add cumin, asafoetida, and ginger.
- Add tomatoes, spices, sugar, and salt, and water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Simmer 8 minutes.
- Remove from the flame, add Gopal Namkeen's Ratlami Sev, and mix.
- Serve immediately with rotlis.

Pizza Chipchos

New favourite party food that is totally easy and delicious!

Instructions:

  • 2 packets Cristos Salted chips
  • 2 packets Cornigo Nacho Chips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • Optional: Garnish with red chilli flakes

Method:

- Preheat the oven and arrange Cristos Salted chips and Cornigo Nacho Chips with mozzarella, pizza sauce, peppers, and onions in a baking dish.
- Bake until the cheese melts, and serve warm.

Sev Amiri Khamani

Instructions:

  • 4-5 large Khaman Dhoklas
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp. asafoetida
  • 2 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tsp. chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp. freshly grated coconut
  • 3 tbsp. Gopal Namkeen's Nylon Sev

Method:

- Crumble the Khaman Dhokla in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the oil and add mustard seeds.
- After the seeds start popping, add garlic and asafoetida and sautee for a few seconds.
- Pour this mixture over the crumbled khaman dhokla and mix well.
- Add sugar, pomegranate seeds, coriander, and coconut to the bowl.
- Before serving add sev, and mix well.
