Pav Gathiya Bhavnagar Special

Crispy Gathiya meets soft pav! Compliment your taste buds with this tasty, tangy, and spicy dish.

Instructions:

  • Green mint chutney
  • Onion Tamarind Chutney
  • 6 Pav
  • 250 gram Gopal Bhavnagari Gathiya
  • Garnish finely chopped coriander leaves

Method:

- Blend all the ingredients for green chutney until a smooth, watery texture.
- For onion tamarind chutney, mix water and tamarind to make a pulp, then add onion, water, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Place Gopal Bhavnagari Gathiya on sliced pav, add both chutneys and garnish with coriander leaves.

Masala Papad

A quick and simple, lip-smacking finger appetiser that goes with everything!

Instructions:

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 4-5 large Gopal Moong Papad
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper powder
  • 1 tsp. chat masala
  • 1/3rd cup Gopal Nylon Sev

Method:

- Fry or roast Gopal Moong Papad. Mix finely chopped onion, tomatoes, and coriander, and then add lime juice.
- Top with spices, chaat masala, and Gopal Nylon Sev.

Crispy Chips Paneer

A bite-sized, flavourful snack! For tongue-tickling munchies, roll in Cristos chips and spices.

Instructions:

  • 50 gms Cristos Mexican Chilli - crushed
  • 100 gms thinly sliced paneer
  • 30 gms refined flour (maida)

For marination:

  • 5 gms red chilli powder
  • 10 gms ginger and garlic paste
  • 4 gms garam masala powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 gms black pepper powder
  • 10 gms chopped coriander

Method:

- Marinate paneer with the spices for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the batter with water and flour.
- Dip the paneer in the batter and coat it with Cristos Mexican Chilli.
- Deep fry in medium heat oil until crispy.
- Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.

Sev Tameta Nu Shaak

All-time favourite flavourful dish wrapped in one with a sweet, spicy, and tangy taste.

Instructions:

  • 1 1/2 cups Gopal Ratlami Sev
  • 1/4 cups tomato cubes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. coriander-cumin seed powder
  • 1 tsp. chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

- Heat oil; add cumin, asafoetida, and ginger.
- Add tomatoes, spices, sugar, and salt, and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Add water and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the flame, add Gopal Ratlami Sev, and mix.
- Serve immediately with rotlis.

Pizza Chipchos

New favourite party food that is totally easy and delicious!

Instructions:

  • 5 cups Cristos Salted chips
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Garnish with red chilli flakes

Method:

- Preheat the boiler and arrange Cristos Salted chips with mozzarella, pizza sauce, peppers, and onions in a baking dish.
- Bake until the cheese melts, and serve warm.

Sev Amiri Khamani

Instructions:

  • 20 Khaman Dhoklas
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2tsp finely chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated coconut
  • 3 tbsp sev

Method:

- Crumble the Khaman Dhokla in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the oil and add mustard seeds.
- After the seeds start popping, add garlic and asafoetida and sautee for a few seconds.
- Pour this mixture over the crumbled khaman dhokla and mix well.
- Add sugar, pomegranate seeds, coriander, and coconut to the bowl.
- Before serving add sev, and mix well.
