Shipping Policy
- Orders placed post 4:30pm will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours.
- Orders placed post 4:30pm on Saturday will be processed for dispatch on Monday evening.
- Shipping address, pin code & contact information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We strive to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a system generated confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and checkout and added to your order total. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier related issues. For delivery related queries you need to approach our shipping partner customer care. In case if you will not get proper response, you may complaint us in feedback section. We will try to resolve the issue at the earliest.
- Disclaimer: We are not liable for any delay in dispatching the order or portion thereof if such delay is due to acts of God, declared or undeclared war, revolution, political disturbance, lockdowns, strikes, force majeure events, trade disputes, accidents, power failures, fairs, floods, or any other causes beyond our control (Gopal Snacks Limited). In such cases, delivery will be suspended, or orders will be cancelled from our side.
